Timeframe for Refund Requests:
- All participants (designers and models) must understand that a strict no refund policy applies to any fees paid towards participation in events or services offered by MG STYL.
- Refunds will only be considered if requested within 5 days of the payment date. Beyond this 5-day period, MG STYL will not be able to offer refunds under any circumstances.
Reason for the Policy:
- This policy is in place due to the extensive planning, resource allocation, and upfront commitments made to prepare for events such as NYFW.
- The fees collected are immediately channeled into the production, coordination, and logistical aspects of the events and services, making refunds infeasible after the specified period.
Exceptions:
- MG STYL may consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances. Such requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed by our team for a final decision.
Acknowledgment of Policy:
- By participating in MG STYL’s events or services, you agree to this no refund policy. It is the responsibility of each participant to understand and acknowledge this policy upon payment.
